Tech professionals often lack awareness around the career options they can pursue due to limited exposure and guidance. Over time this becomes a top concern for them & they look for advice or mentorship on options and the path to pursue them.
Our sales counsellors today spend a large time discussing this with almost every potential customer. This process is productised through the Career Roadmapping Tool. The tool gathers input about the user's demographic and past experience to create a customised path for their career goal.
